TruthBoard is an anonymous platform for honest reviews and experiences about companies, schools, organizations, and public figures. We provide a space for authentic feedback while maintaining user privacy and platform integrity.

TruthBoard provides the following services:

• Anonymous posting of reviews and experiences
• Topic-based organization of content
• Voting and rating system
• Search and discovery features
• Community moderation and reporting

Account Creation

• No account registration required for basic browsing
• Payment required for creating posts ($1) and ratings ($0.50)
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your payment information

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect the privacy and anonymity of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Not attempt to circumvent platform security measures

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate voting
• Attempting to identify anonymous users
• Scraping or automated data collection
• Interfering with platform functionality
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access

Posting Guidelines

• Share honest, firsthand experiences and reviews
• Be constructive and provide specific details
• Focus on facts and personal experiences
• Avoid personal attacks or harassment
• Respect the anonymity of the platform

Content Moderation

• All content is reviewed before publication
• We reserve the right to remove or edit content
• Users can report inappropriate content
• Repeated violations may result in account restrictions

Fees & Charges

• Creating a post: ₹49 (India) / $1.00 (International)
• Rating a topic: ₹10 (India) / $0.50 (International)
• Adding a comment: ₹19 (India) / $1.00 (International)
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Payment Processing

• Payments processed securely through our secure payment processor
• We do not store payment card information
• All transactions are final and non-refundable
• Failed payments may result in content not being published

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using TruthBoard, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant TruthBoard a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

Platform Rights

Service Availability

• We provide the platform "as is" without warranties
• Service may be interrupted for maintenance

Limitation of Liability

TruthBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your access to TruthBoard immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated posting of inappropriate content
• Attempting to compromise platform security
